Not much. Three playthroughs: Lena only dating Ian; Lena is in casual relationship with Ian; Lena having sex with all men(fulfilling my harem wish).

If Allison doesn't receive Ian's attentions she turns to Jeremy in an effort to get Ian to notice her.

To be fair, i don't think it is just that. Alison can be very well telling the truth when she says if she can't have her first choice of a guy then she'd rather have fun with the second one (than just sit around moping) This is based on the fact that she'll still have fun with Jeremy even if Ian chooses not to watch her pictures, so it's not like Alison's maintained relationship with Jeremy is impacting Ian in any way.

IanxLena Swinger Couple: Lena and Ian in a committed relationship and Lena recruits different girls for her and Ian to have sex with.

Throuple A: Lena and Ian in a committed relationship but invite Holly to join in to make it a threeway relationship.

IanxLena Lusty Couple.: Ian and Lena are FWB and fucking their feelings of being cheated on away by fucking everyone in their path, but slowly fall for each other and enter into an official relationship in chapter 12. Louise will throw a tantrum if you play hard to get. She definitely is not up for the long game. Gillian doesn't show any signs of desperation, yet. It is Ian who kind of simping over her if you choose to not get over her LOL. Allison is the one actually doing the scheme right from the beginning. Throwing tantrums is the only way she can communicate to everyone about anything, she is a crazy girl by default. She already threwed one when Ian ghosted her.

She definitely is not up for the long game. Gillian doesn't show any signs of desperation, yet.

She suggests a coffee date with Ian right after they met again and confirmed being with her boyfriend. Coffee date is a nice trap anyways, Axel also used this term to Lena. And she added him on instagram with her new account having only pictures of herself alone, with her boyfriend missing. She dumped Ian, girl is used being several steps ahead of whoever currently her boyfriend is.
