So Holly can hook up with blonde hair guy at her job. Other than the pics Lena gets of the two, is there any other dialogue about it?
I strongly disagree, dual protagonists are the best part of this game for me. There's plenty of games with every possible fetish combination, there's also some games with good plot, then there's fewer still with good characters.
Using dual protagonists, you can always craft the playtrough you want, and if you arent someone who just looks to the gallery for the sex scenes, there's some insane amount of replay ability.
Basically i'm a sucker for a game with a shit ton of variables, of course that makes the individual updates come slower, but unless a developer Is insanely bad with keeping dates, or lazy as hell (see culture shock for example, great models, really hot scenes, but the dev Is notoriusly one of the worst, so it actually hurts the experience), I preffer to not care about the month to month experience playing the unfinished version as much, and value the complete experience you get once the game Is done, and that increases in quality by a lot with the kind of game Eva Is making.

Saves can be really wonky! Finally got the new Holly scene with an old save. No idea why it functions now and did not earlier.
I hope we will get a romance path even for wild Holly and this new scene seems to hint towards it. As you wrote in your post, if Ian likes Holly (no matter if she is her shy or slutty version) and worries about her situation, they might come together in the future.
The new scene also once again underlines that Holly became a slut to have a chance with Ian, in the mistaken belief he prefers sluts as girlfriends. This is a pretty big hint

As theorised in earlier posts, I hope Ian and slut Holly can become a nice couple like in the shy/encouraged paths, just her being a lot wilder and adventurous than in the othe cases. Escept encouraged Holly, who seems to go at least partially into wild Holly´s direction.

Now would be the most interesting time to reopen access to a reverse-cuck path with Emma/Perry and Ian as the bull. Since Emma/Perry relationship is now a thing, having a route reopen now would be a much more intriguing dynamic than an Ian that's been railing her since before they were together. I'd actually play that. Though Eva's already got her hands too full with other story progression, so probably won't happen.A propos of nothing, if you thought finding Perry listening on your sex with Holly was bad enough....

If you think you should have more, go back to the beginning of Ch 13, or at least when it switches from Lena to Ian. That will probably let you trigger the little bit of new content (mostly Holly related)

Emma is too kind to do that to Perry.
Anything is possible in writing with the right motivation/circumstances & it doesn't have to be intentionally cruel on any character's part (even if cruelty is the end result). Given that, I still highly doubt it will happen. Too much workload and attention needed to make it work right.
