I think a few people in this thread already pointed out that several of the girls in the game seem clearly inspired by, or maybe even directly scanned from, real porn models. So from that angle, it wouldn’t be surprising if some scenes were taken straight from actual adult films. In any case, something like that definitely isn't out of the question as things stand. I have no idea if that was the case with GGGB though.

Maybe this kind of inspirations can be possible in a lot of games (unless the developer has a talented model/wife available for him to experiment with) but only works for female characters.

Doing a replay of the first few chapters for the first time in three years, it's amazing how much the phone conversations between Lena and her mom are cut and pasted from the "raised by narcissists" reddit.
