It's the player's problem if he plays like a prude and doesn't get content. Lena will just lounge around and the 3 days will fly by.

Billy in the dialogue said there will be another guy besides Jeremy. Not sure if it's a new character, a returning GGGB character, or a character already in ORS. But this guy will likely also get content.
