A Porn movie seems like something that is more likely, but it would sound like it is something that would have to happen on Seymour's route, given that how he used his money and power to basically keep other photographers and such away from Lena just so he could have her. I'm not buying the threesome being strictly MFF. I think there will be different choices depending on how you played the game previously. Lena is given an option to choose the type of the threesome she is into and you can choose MMF which is yet to happen.
I think its Jeremy if both Lena and Ian had a thresome with him (+Ian watches Jeremy's videos); Holly if both Ian and Lena fooled around with her; Mike as a neutral choice if Lena is sleeping with him and Ivy if she slept with Lena (and also that gym scene with Ian)
