All of her opportunities come pretty naturally as well and the player doesn't have to go out of their way to spend money. Honestly good question. I feel like Ian is always swimming in cash, because he has far less to spend money on. Like Lena has Tattoos, Navel Piercing, Sex Toys, Clothes, very expensive clothes, a gift for Ivy, sending money to parents, and rent.

Ian has... Rent? Clothes in chapter 6, his summer outfit is free, and then the fighting tournament and pool he can win money on. So fireworks in Chapter 12 prologue is like his first frivolous spending; I guess wine for Allison, or drinks for Cindy, but those are only on two specific routes, not just generally.

Yes there is, but EvaKiss was not interested in doing it, that's why Lena has many more options than Ian in the story, that's why I always have the feeling that Lena is the protagonist and Ian is a sub-protagonist in the story, not even the tattoos, it would be seen male with a tattoo of two cherubs on his nipples?

In fact, in my opinion you can maintain a healthy and happy relationship by going down that middle path; naughty content, Ian participating and without there being tension on both sides, you also leave the door open to perhaps go deeper into the pornographic spiral in the future or close without there being many problems with what Lena has exposed too much

I know, like i said before it all depends on your choices how you want it to turn out, but for the want be rich path you have to do nasty stuff, for the faithfull/poor/surviving path you can neglect those nasty things and stay true to yourself. It all depends on what you want and how you want to live as Ian and Lena, not sure though how other relations work, I know Ian can get to be with Holly, Cindy and Allison, but from the three i personaly find Holly the best, but for Lena it more difficult, go back to her maniac ex Alex, a rich old dude with sick perversion, Horny Robert, sympatic Ian or just fuck around and don't date. Ofcourse Lena can also be with Holly, Louise or Ivy, but yet again Holly seems to be a better choice then, Louise is to much tsundere chaotic, Ivy well if you love a libertine sex bunny then ok, not really my taste though.

Perhaps swimming in cash is an overexageration on my part, but all of those spendatures you listed are recent developments. Again, 4 of them are exclusive to Allison content, and none of it is required unless you're specifically trying to romance her. I honestly forgot about bribing Marcel since I've never once had an issue with either his Charisma or Intellect being too low to resort to a bribe. Also the tournament fee will only lose Ian money if Ian isn't a good fighter, which I guess some players can stumble their way into thinking they're good enough to spend money, but haven't commited enough time to the training. He should be winning that money and more back.

Lena has a much higher earning potential, because she can get in with Seymour, but she has far more things to spend it on consistently than Ian does. It balances out to some extent, but I think Eva added a lot of Ian's spending recently because most Ian playthroughs had nothring for him to spend money on once you bought the outfits.

Note, though, that my playthrough doesn't involve Alison romance and Ian is still near-broke (he didn't do any spending on the bouncer or bad Jess etc) It is basically very easy for Ian to be completely out of money with just generic approach, and on certain routes he won't even be able to afford some stuff.

He doesn't have that many spending opportunities, this is true, but he also doesn't have many earning opportunities. If EK only gives him ways to spend money he has no way to earn, then it'll go tits up for him pretty quick.
