As I mentioned earlier, in my plans the next chapter, which encapsulates the Billy event, will be split across three playable days. For now, my idea is to release it in two parts: the first covering the first two days, and the second focusing on the third. These days I’m finishing up the content for Day 1: I’ve already drawn about 95% of the art, which is now in the hands of the colorist, and I’m wrapping up the corresponding spicy scenes. I’ve also started editing some of the images, so they go from looking like this to something more like this:
The number of tasks and processes involved is ramping up the development pressure, especially since the modular complexity of the scenes I’m writing is keeping me from progressing as quickly as I’d like (though that’s usually the case, to be fair). That said, work isn’t stopping, and I hope to have this first narrative block fully assembled soon so I can start testing it while writing the second part and creating the remaining artwork.
Would you like me to consider releasing this first chunk on its own once I’ve received and finalized the graphic assets? Or do you prefer getting as much content as possible all at once? Let me know in the comments!
