Maybe with some head canon, anything is possible. Of course, Eva's coding is among the most complex for a VN styled porn game. Anyone who looked at the script file for this game or GGGB will know just how much variability there is depending on the choices. That said, I do feel like ORS is not as flawless as GGGB in terms of making every conceivable route internally consistent. There is just too many moving parts here. The potential is much greater than GGGB in terms of creating this mosaic of shifting and interconnected narrative pieces, however a closer look may lead to some combinations of choices not being supported sufficiently in the narrative. Some things will just slip through.
For me, the conditional bits of flavor text need to paint a reasonable picture of the mental state of characters. In GGGB, Eva really did address almost any contingency with a generally consistent mental state for Ashley. Honestly, even just the "because drugs" excuse at least gives you enough justification for her to do something outlandish. She also has quite a bit of thoughts about betraying Eric or just basically about any weird situation.
So far, what I'm seeing in ORS is that the narrative relies a lot more on the players creating their head canon and applying their interpretation for the motivations for some of the actions. It also falls largely on the players to pick reasonable choices. A specific example I'm seeing currently in my run is like this. I did everything to get the most points for Lena and Ian to get them together ASAP. They are not official, but it's getting damn close. They've had sex, went on multiple dates, and connect on an emotional level unlike with anyone else. Then, she can go to the club and literally seduce Mike like a slut and get creampied. She thinks about her sex with Ian for one line throughout the whole interaction. It kinda makes no sense that we get no justification whatsoever for her being able to act this way other than making our own head canon. Right after this occurance, she goes on another date with Ian where she can talk about the reason she broke up with Axel in some heartfelt exchange. Girl, you just got creampied by some random dude who has a girlfriend and got off on the fact that you were being a homewrecker. My head canon is basically that she is going to be a despicable hypocrite, so I can make my own narrative, but these are the kind of things that would have been addressed in the script in GGGB.

I think one of the problems with this update is that at first it was focused on changing Stan, which is why I noticed most of the whining here in the comments. And someone for some unknown reason is still butthurt over Ian and wants him to be Axel-like Chad from the beginning instead of gradually developing in that direction.

I am shocked that Stan has stans. Apparently he got third place on the male NPC rankings? What is going on lol. Is it the angle of Lena toying with some neckbeard that people like? Some beauty and the beast self insert thing? Does he have hidden alpha potential? Or does he have redeeming qualities that make people want him to actually find true love with Lena? I shut him down right away so I'm not sure hehe...
i feel the same way. eva should tone it down the content for robert and jeremy, especially robert, that character sucks. we are on V 0.9 and while ian has some good content he still doesn't have a scene with ivy or at least some thresome with some of the girls.
i think that speaks more about the other characters than about stan, the truth is all the male characters that are in lena's friend circle are horrible robert is annoying, the dj having a girlfriend makes lena a huge hypocrite, jeremy is also annoying as hell because he wants to fuck everyone that ian fucks and let's face it he's only in the game to satisfy the interracial/huge cock kindy some people have (and maybe some cuck content, that i hope never get's made there are already ntr games for those that like it), axel is the one a have the least and i kinda liked better when he and ian went out instead of us going out with jeremy, but the truth is axel is a douchebag and finally we got stan, who's a boring and self pity guy that in the real world would never get a shot at a chick like lena unless he was rich.
PS: seymor is kinda ok i guess, there are a bunch of seymors out there so it kinda makes sense.
That a very sceved view on the male side of the characters bro, all the male characters are horrible because u look at them as a competition for the main protag and since u are a guy and probably straight, u have zero attraction to them so there is no horny that can cloud your judgment, but that last bit about Seymor is hilarious, there is alot less Seymors in the real world then literally every other type of characters from this game and he is probably the worst examaple of "okay" guy.
Judging Lena for potentially fucking dj who has a girlfriend while u can fuck every girl as Ian is funny my man(porn game hello).
I hate Robert too i can admit, but if he was a chick i would probably liked him alot more, even tho he is boring.
Stan is indeed an ugly loser with zero personality, people that like him are either into corruption/want to see ugly dude fuck Lena or some self inserts wish fullfillment type.

Just kinky "pretty girl with an unattractive guy" stuff and maybe someone associates themselves with Stan. Sort of an Arthur thing, minus the charisma and depravity. Alpha potential? I highly doubt it, it would be very implausible. More likely he has the potential to be like Ian — laid back and fitting in most of the time, but awkward at times. Redeeming qualities? Well, maybe. Compared to his last version he's not as creepy and can get along with people when he gets over awkwardness, but I wouldn't say that he has any outstanding qualities at the moment or that he's an interesting character at all.

In fact, I would like to see some development in the communication between Ian and Axel. Maybe he could even bring Ian to Chad level, which is what so many people want. Yes, he's a manipulative asshole, but overall he's a pretty interesting and charismatic character and certainly a better buddy for Ian than meathead Jeremy. And certainly more useful — he has useful connections and acquaintances and knowledge, too.

if Stan dies in the next update the community will get crazy and could invade EvaKiss' house with torches? This could be a interesting social experiment...
There was no Stan in the GGGB and its arguably more popular game at this point, if she suddenly kill Stan nothing will happen, there will be some whining from a couple of people, that pretty much it, they probably wont even usubscribe.
