That would be the best plot twist. As it turns out, Ivy is a virgin and Ian learns about it. This then leads to Ian-Ivy love path.

PilotLara I noticed lena_ian_love gets set to 0 sometime this update if you're in an open relationship. It was at 2 at the beginning of the chapter. I noticed it when I couldn't pick the heart option for Ian. Is it by design or is it a bug?

It's meh. Zarina is nice tho. She has nonchalant rich bitch attitude that I like. Plus the model is really nice. Good convos with Lena too. I really fucking like her.

Otherwise, the rest is... meh.

Ivy looked like a damn clown. She was oozing dumb bitch energy throughout the update, more so that her usual self.

Billy legit made me nauseous. That winking stuck out tongue expression he kept making legit had me want to recreate American History X's favorite scene with him. Bro looked like he waxes his ass. Such a damn fall from grace from what OG Billy woulda been.

Danny doesn't deserve so many dialogues.

Anthony I ain't talked to him cuz he wears speedos. Plus his head is shaped like a bent knee so he weirded me out. Maybe he's set as some 'eye candy' for female players idfk.

Sonia probably dozes off on bleach fumes.

In fairness, even in that Alison scene, Billy seemed like a clown. So this chapter doesn't really betray his character being an absolute joke.

It depends on where the bug is. There are two versions of good Jess I found so far. One is with Ashley and one is with Dave. Dave is her boyfriend on the paths Lena has good relations with Seymour.
For me personal canon is good Jess and Dave, they fit extremly well together in GGGB.

Well, I'm maybe over optimistic today, but I was satisfied with that update. I got more content than what I expected (my expectations running low lately) and it's clear the branching is getting tricky to handle, I really get it.

Also I really hope the third day will justify further the waiting, as it should be almost done already, right? (RIGHT?)

Now I'll have to set my expectations for the next update, and accounting for the pattern "out-at-the-end-of-the-month to maximise subscription renewals" I can think of some possible scenarios:

1. Ch 14.1.2 is almost done (she was waiting from the colorist to be done with, so she will work her final touch as I remember) and after some polishing across the board alpha is out at the end of October with final in November
2. EK taking time to add even more content (I'd say "one new scene I just come up with", no more) so the almost finished chapter get postponed for alpha in late november with final in december
3. Ch 14.1.1 is polished until the end of October and then even more new additional content is advertised to go into 14.1.2, and we'll have to wait until 2026 for the "almost done" end of that chapter.

out of curiosity i looked at the code.
and in chapter 12 if you either decide to break up with ian, continue cheating on ian, or are not a couple and want to continue having a casual relationship with ian, the variable gets set to 0.5 . at the start of chapter 14 it gets set to 0

kind of to be expected.

though that really surprised me!
neither axel, nor seymour ever set the variable that makes lena a cheater!
both routes are not really interesting to me, so i only play them when i experiment with route variation, which usually means lena and ian aren't a couple in that playthrough. but to not consider lena a cheater while on either route in addition to be the girlfriend of ian, is a huge oversight imo!

It's pretty straightforward if and elif though. To navigate a script like that you'd be required to apply as much thinking process power as toddlers do when they figure out if a rectangle shaped toy fits a rectangle shaped hole.

Was there any mention on the original Patreon post when day 3 is going to be released? There is nothing in the semi-public Alpha is out post.
