Most of the examples could be argued that NTR doesn't apply because it's the protagonist initiating the cheating. Have to agree about Alison though, her content does set up future NTR in Chapter 9 by stating that she'll hook up with Jeremy regardless of the player's intention (consequence for not being close enough) which passes the criteria of the love interest's affection being stolen.

The cheating is still at the expense of the other protagonist though. Even though you control the other protagonist making that decision, let's say in this case Lena cucking Ian, Ian - a protagonist, still gets his love interest cheating on him. By changing perspective and controlling Ian, the point of view of the player still follows a protagonist being cucked by a love interest. Now that perspective may change again and we get to have Lena's point of view so when Lena cucks Ian it's only cheating. In other words given that this game has multiple protagonists, when we are in Lena's perspective, we are not experiencing ntr when she is cheating, but as we shift our pov and we get to see and control Ian, when Lena cheated on Ian, we get to experience ntr from a love interest cheating on the player-character, which in this case is Ian. I only used Ian getting cheated as an example. The roles could reverse and Lena could be the one getting cheated.

Really I dont get this shit. This game obviously has NTR. So if u dont want ntr just dont bother the people playing this game and fantasize about whatever you go off on.
The hangup on NTR also feels so mechanical. No NTR equals good, NTR equals very, very bad. And we have to come to a conclusion on whether there are NTR or not! It's a very specific label and always leads to discussions (see SolomonGrundy's point number 8), but it's just a label used to describe the content. The content exists as it is no matter how you label it. In ORS we can't control everything, and most choices lead to some positive and some negative consequences for the protagonists. It would be very boring if no cheating is possible between Ian and Lena after they enter a relationship in chapter 9, and the Ian/Jeremy photo sharing stuff (and I'm sure that will escalate soon) can be done either as a "bro" thing between them, with Ian more as a voyeuristic loser (and I'm not sure how far it's possible to push that route — e.g. nothing will happen between Jeremy and Emma if Ian hasn't already had sex with her), or you can just tell Jeremy to keep away from his girls, and that will more or less close off his content with others.
