These recent conversations raise some serious questions:
1) Would Ivy jeopardize her relationship with Lena by fucking Ian. If yes, then she could be with Axel too.
2) As we see, Ivy is always vary on the topic that Lena SHOULD end Axel's tormenting, as she is pretty aware what type of relation Lena had with Axel you really think she would be that stupid to jump on Axel and on top of that compromise her relationship with Lena.
3) Ivy just likes to put guys on a leash, as we saw the case of Jeremy, so it would also raise the question about why she would jump on Axel at the first opportunity? Also if Axel fucks Ivy he would burn his bridges to go back to Lena. AND HE IS OBSESSED WITH Lena. He also doesn't fuck everybody (as we see with Alisson).
4) Now things get interesting as we know Jeremy and Ivy caught Ian and Cindy mouth to mouth with pants down AND EVEN THAN, IVY didn't tell Lena about this pretty BIG QUESTION MARK ON HER FRIENDSHIP
As we discover different plots in the upcoming chapters, Eva will be shoving some hard-to-swallow pills...
I'm going in hibernating mode till chapter release. See you all in some (not hopefully dreadful) discussion after chapter release.

The only thing that can be said about Axel and dominant behavior is his athletic looks and confidence when he hits on girls. That's all.

That is, your only argument against a detailed psychological analysis of the character is a picture with numbers? Weak.
These numbers are a very relative concept and are only a points system so that we can use the game mechanics by opening access to certain dialogues.
You need more than 4 numbers to describe human behavior.

It could be they made a deal he gets her the tryout in exchange she helps him get back with Lena, but still the chance that they did the deed is almost certain we just don't have confirmation yet.

I'll never not be surprised by the apparent ignorance of some users on here. Like, how do you play the scene where Lena confronts Ivy for being at Axel's place (and not tell her) and NOT figure something is going on behind the two.

Dude nobody disagrees with him having a good physique/being physically active, him having a very lustful nature, him being reasonably intelligent, or even him being very charismatic. What people are saying is that despite those attributes he still acts insecure and fragile. Those qualities aren't factored by these cards. Seymour for example has even higher stats and most people would call him despicable, Holly has some of the lowest stats and yet her other qualities make her a lot people's favourite character.
Not everybody is paranoid, and it's perfectly possible to take Ivy's reasoning at face value. She might very well actually be Lena's friend as opposed to mustache twirling villain.
I don't know about that argument, but Ian watching videos (or not) has no impact on his cuck path. It's not a pre-requisite, it's not even checked. So, whoever is arguing the opposite is inventing things that simply aren't there.

Not having Ian trying to deal with Gillian, the way Eva has allowed us to have Lena deal with Axel, is kind of unthinkable. I'm really surprised that she said at one point that Gillian wouldn't appear.

Ian watching Jeremy's videos is definitely something that impact Ian's "cuck path" and that will definitely impact it even more in the future; to argue otherwise is to be ignorant.
