Especially with Ian's build. His height and weight looks to be on average and his reach is bad. I think if he gets enough strength and more training with Wen he can easily pin down Jeremy.
Can't kick or punch your way out against a good grappler.

You just have to go to gym when the you get options(select book, gym, join Perry) in CH10 and should've at least 6 relationship points with Ivy
1) Tell axel that you are dating Lena
2) joke about Jeremy stalking when Ivy meets Ian and Jeremy outside the gym in Chapter 2
3) In Blazer's select Hey It's a free country in CH5
and you are good to go.
