That sounds like she didn’t like the old Stan, and therefore made som adjustments to him, which is an obvious thing to do if you’re dissatisfied with a character in your story, unrelated to what the game’s followers think of him.
That doesn’t sound like “no longer developing the game according to her vision” to me.I like to know what my audience thinks, but ultimately I have my own vision and I always follow that. However, I try to give people what they like, of course
Yes, this is one of those posts, word for word about the fact that she doesn't like Stan but she wants to fix him. But there was also a post that "the fans asked for more Stan", but I can't say for sure whether it was a repost from Patreon or her Discord (I'm subscribed to Discord) I want to hope that the last words are really what she thinks and feels. The importance of maintaining your vision is the most important thing when creating a story. The only exception in my opinion is to ask for advice from a fellow experienced writer if you have a creative block.
Initially, Stan seemed just like a shy IT nerd. I loved the idea of having Lena tease and provoke him. Now he's revealed himself to be an incel, yes, but I feel more pity for him than anything else right now. He clearly just doesn't understand how romance works and he's probably not much better with people who are just friends, either. I'm still curious to see where EvaKiss takes his story, if anywhere.

That's the problem. Eva exposes the IT community in a very unflattering light, representing it as such a person as Stan.
And of course I am a supporter of the idea "The developer should follow his vision", but this is an exceptional case when Eva can ask advice from MF_DOOM on the development of Stan's storyline. He has a lot of ideas about this, I'm sure. 
first of all I dont really think that people that like stan are incels hello?? Yeah, it's kinda off on Ian's side. But on Lena's side, if she keep Holly closer to her (and protect her from Ivy's influence) she and Holly become way more intimate with each other. Maybe this will lead to a threesome, maybe don't, we'll have to wait and see
