Most of what you said has been discussed in this forum but I know Eva Kiss doesn't visit these forum so I'd like to know how similar the discussions are on the discord/patron side of the community. My assumption is that people will be more amicable and understanding of her vision on those spaces

Her discord is more kiss assing sycophants with some that may express their issues with it but will be entirely ignored overall. Speaking from personal experience.

Ivy is Lena's friend and she got no other connection to Ian. As far as I know and understand Ian's character he is not the most confident guy either to just stalk her outside of her workplace and start flirting with her. Every time they met was either by coincidence(like in the bar with Jeremy or in the gym) or through Lena, it was crystal clear from the first chapter it will take some time or would never happen.

I lurk on the Discord now and then. My impression is that EvaKiss occasionally reads the Discord, but usually doesn't get involved with the discussions. The closest the Discord people usually get is interacting with someone who has a direct line of communication to her (bug-tester, etc.).

She occasionally interacts more directly with Patreon fans, but the Patreon blog post style doesn't really allow for discussions like a forum.

To answer your question, the tone is less negative on Discord/Patreon, for better or worse. Better because many complaints are just not helpful, but worse because any actual constructive feedback is less likely to be heard. I'll guess that the less negativity is due to (1) the people on Discord/Patreon buying into Eva's process (literally), so they may feel less need to complain, (2) some social pressure on those forums to not complain as much, especially on Discord with moderators being active contributors in the conversation, and (3) size. There's about 28,000 people active on F95 as I post this. There's a little over 1,100 on the Discord, and I think only a fraction of those are able to access all of the topic sections. There's a lot more opportunity for negativity with larger groups.

P.S. (4) this is a... unique forum. I can't imagine that every single scallywag pirate of such questionable treasure are warm, empathetic, altruistic folk. A lot more opportunity for freedom of expression, which cuts both ways.

Honestly I think she wants to put the preverbal bullet to this project given everything and the fact she bit off way more than she did with this game. I mean multiple burnouts, writers blocks, inconsistancies with chracters not addressed or remedied. So if she is think she can wrap it all up in 16 chapters, I wish her the best, but expect that the story is gonna suffer for it and we are gonna be shoehorned so much fetish content and neglect other characters who haven't gotten there due if she is gonna try her 'rushed' method. NOW, if she decides to take her time (which is doubtful at this point) and have the remaining chapters be chaulked full of things, and expand the build time to over 4 months or so, then I'll reconsider things. Though given the history and pathing of things, I have my doubts.

Holly is a blank canvas. Ivy and Lena can paint her whatever they want. If you let Ivy influenced Holly, she will easily throw her body around to guys to feel worthy. If you let Ian or Lena to influence Holly, she will be all lovey dovey with them. One compliment from Marcel and she's all geeked up. With Ivy influence, there's a decent chance that Holly to sleep with Marcel. Hell, even Robert can get a piece of her too. She's easily influenced, it'sup to you how she will be guided throughout the game.

Cindy being bbc fetish where? Her potential partners are Ian and Axel. Those two are very realistic in terms of story too. Axel being the one who gets Cindy the modelling job, Ian being the one who encourages her pursuing her dreams and be in her side providing emotional support all the time.

To your Jeremy point, he can be busted and break up with Louise if Lena tell Louise that he's seeing Ivy too. So I don't really know what to complain there.

Isn't that always the case ? She stated in her Q&A that she wants to take on new challenges and try new things with every new project as a way to keep herself motivated and boost her creativity ( also ORS was the "bigger and better thing" at the end of GGGB )... She then gets herself entangled in a mess of workload she can barely handle, she gets writer's block, the updates take a whole year, she gets exhausted and wants to wrap up and move on to something else..... New game - repeat cycle.

Okay, I was quite a lot. I'm not a radical simp of anyone. I am a guy who is interested in the game and where the story will lead. But I understand people's irritation and support the dissatisfaction.
Game has interesting characters - Ivy and Emma, who are not given much attention.
In return, Robert (the leg dildo for sex in the early game) continues to receive content. Why?
Stan is useless and he is a reflection of the people who see themselves in him. And don't tell me he's a fan favorite and came in "second place." This is a group of people who are interested in creepy Stan to amuse their fragile it. They don't interested in the game and story.
Jeremy is just an interracial fetish for now, although he may get a development arc.
Gillian - why was it necessary to return her if Eva, apparently, doesn't understand what to do with her. She can write for her a good redemption arc.
This game and many of the characters deserve better, but Eva makes the wrong decisions time and time again.
You may not like SerHawkes' harsh speech, he is an emotional guy, but he is right.
