You see, there is nothing difficult to understand in this. And of course it depends on EK. And even moreso, I have nothing against happy romance with Cindy. The thing is, your faith that Ian will surely beat all Axel charms is like your faith that EK surely was planning IanxIvy romance from the start... Maybe relyes more on your wishing it to be true than on sound logic. I wouldn't be so shure that Ian is ahead in that race if I were you. But If you want to believe that so strongly, then by all means... And I wouldn't even answer you anymore if that's the case.

There's a limitation for this scenario -- Lena who is in close relationship with Ian won't have options to hook up with Jeremy. Getting frisky with Jeremy actually blocks the option to get together with Ian, when the subject comes up. It is however possible for Lena to keep things casual and hook up with both of them.

I'd note, Lena doesn't need to be unfaithful for this -- it can start also with Lena and Ian choosing to delay having sex, once they begin dating. Eventually Lena starts to enjoy denying Ian and won't give him more than a handjob even if she doesn't sleep with anyone else.

If Ian and Lena are dating but still keep things between them casual with no stings attached, yeah she and Jeremy can keep fucking (and they are still keep this as a secret from Ian). But if Lena and Ian are commited to each other she doesn't fuck Jeremy since one of the conditions for accept be Ian's girlfriend is lena_jeremy_sex = false.
