Just don't sign the agreement, otherwise the game will force you to shut it down. Ignoring helps with that, but not required.

Don't have to ignore him, just don't become friendly with him. I have Lena working with him early game for the cash and then say no to his weird personal-porn-statue contract. No cancelling Stalkfap for me.

It sounds like one, yes. Is this in the most recent game build? There were some bugs with shopping (buying things you're expected to buy in Ch.10 would move things back to Ch.10) but not when buying the bikini, specifically. Was your Lena shopping alone, or with Emma?

I didn't actually know Lena could pull out, already, after accepting the money. I always just tell him no when he's proposing the contract initially.
Don't care about the money personally, I just want the freedom to define Lena's sexuality for myself.

I dont know if EK made changes recently but the last time i played his route last year you can accept the 10+,and decline both times Seymour wants Lena to use the remote thingy.
By the second time you reject him Seymour breaks the contract.
