Realistically i don't think it'd lead to this sort of thing, at least not if Ian has stopped himself early on and didn't turn things into full affair. From Lena's side, i mean. And Wade would be probably far too busy trying to rearrange Ian's face.

The manipulative approach would be Lena pointing out how unfairly Cindy treats Wade and how Lena is more or less sure that Cindy cheats Wade with Axel or "other guys". If the Wade Cindy relationship score is very low, he may start considering other options. Otherwise, he just remains the inactive depressed lump with no agency for the entire game who never takes one decision.

Wade and Ian fight can also happen, if only to give the fighting gameplay more value. At this stage Ian can crush Wade though.

The comfort approach can happen after Wade and Ian fought and Ian may be gone and/or Wade is beaten up and needs someone to comfort with. Lena may also have broken up with Ian then because of Cindy, so Lena and Wade share that mentioned bond over.

I don't see anything wrong as long as it's fun, for example if Ian, Cindy and Axel have a wild threesome where they double penetrate her and one pulls her hair and the other strangles Cindy in an erotic way (maybe not) and they send her photos to Wade where they will clarify that everything is professional and that it is not real, what better way to show that Ian is a friend and Cindy is loyal to him, will he believe him?
