As far as i can tell, as long as Ian isn't explicitly in love with Lena (you didn't choose to tell Jeremy you have feelings for her) but just casually hooking up, you can choose to start dating Holly during the morning talk in the hotel. If he is, then he will automatically stop things with Holly from developing further.

I don't remember if Lena being in love with Ian stops Ian and Holly from commiting to each other (don't think so but might delay it a couple scenes while Ian reassures Holly past the drama).
If they are both casual about sleeping with each other (or not sleeping with each other at all) it should be completely safe. Honestly if I'm doing commited IanxHolly I just keep things platonic between Ian and Lena, avoids so much unnecessary drama.

The last Patreon post was a brilliant piece of self deprecating satire... But in all honesty imagine if the patronage was structured to pay out per Release not per months. And there were a minimum in terms of images or lines of code to be considered an update. Back in the day some Youtubers had Patreons that were structured this way. You pledged for example 5$ per video and a video had to be 10+min long to fit the 2-Advert structure of YouTube at the time. This ensured financial support for the creator but also incentivised productivity. But now we are in the era where creators just have to get a large enough base who are going to support them no matter what (bc of a parasocial relationship) or just forget that they still pay for the patreon.

Everytime this game updates I can't load my old saves, this is depressing.
Eva should've never made both Ian and Lena playable at the same time and instead make you choose and make the other one an NPC who's decisions are influenced by the main character, similar how Jessica works in the game but more of it. Basically 1 main character and 1 main NPC.
She would still deliver on the original promise of "red string" characters tied together by fate, but it would make the game much more manageable. Two main characters creates so many moving elements in the story that it's honestly impressive how she still delivers updates instead of ending up in a mental asylum.
