Because as far as I can tell, EK is very anti-swinger. The allison-ian-jeremy thing is iffy at best, and in all other cases it's clear her tastes require a 'winner' and a 'loser'. Though it was easier before the recent update. Now Ian has to hold on Gillian and be neutral or dismissive while dating Holly.
In most cases, Ian will commit to Holly and solidify their relationship (+gift) automatically.
1 chapter a year, but said chapter has more than double the amount of scenes of previous chapters.

Ok so I remade my Ian Cindy playthrough to see if I could get up to 9 Lust for the new nude sharing scene. As I thought previously it's impossible while being faithful to Cindy. In this playthrough Ian had some sex with Emma and Cherry before committing to Cindy. I was only able to get up to 8 Lust while not cuttting off Cherry and jacking it to Jess' porn/flirting with her. So even when Ian isnt fully committed he cant get the send dick pic option. I hope this gets changed in the next update. I dont see the point in gatekeeping that option, its not even that extreme for someone receiving nudes from a girl to share some back, so why have such a high requirement.

There are a couple of high lust checks that you can't get if you are faithful to one person. I could reason this that Ian/Lena only consider those debauched options if they lead a freespirited polyamorous lovelife.
Lust checks are usually the ones I fail in not slut/chad runs. The exception is telling Louise to tell to pay (8 charisma in chapter 11 or something like that). Its not impossible, but if Lena balances her stats and isn't having multiple partners, I almost never get it.
