I don't have much to add regarding the poll discussion; however, as someone who has participated in a fair share of Patreon polls, I will say this: what you vote for doesn't necessarily reflect what you like. For example, if I were participating in the poll, there is a high likelihood I would have voted for public/risky sex with the MMF threesome being my second choice. Why? Because I'm fairly neutral towards those options, and to me, they are preferable over the other three in the top five. I would rather something I'm neutral towards wins compared to something I dislike especially when none of my preferred options have any chance. Most of these polls allow you to change your vote therefore, after casting an initial vote and seeing it has no chance, it's tempting to change it to something in the running. Take that for what it's worth. Even in a situation where you might have three favorite options, often I'll pick the one that's doing the best out of them.

Unfortunately, no. Quite a few other girls all have it -- Alison, Emma, Cherry, Lena and Cindy, but Holly is apparently satisfied with whatever. I suppose EK could always add it in subsequent chapters though, i agree it'd be quite funny if lukewarm Ian could get kicked out to the curb.

Yep I saw. I was talking about the unofficial walkthrough pdf. For me it's the most helpful resource in checking requirements for certain scenes or making new saves.
