For some reason, the forum audience who downloads things for free and the Patreon-paying audience are extremely different from each other. The paying fans have an obsession with Stan because they feel represented by this character, and they also have a weird fetish for BBC (Jeremy/Marcel) and cuckolding. As a female, it's hard to find porn games that suit your taste, so I have a soft spot for Eva Kiss's game. But her patreon is getting weider to place Stan in the top 3. Axel and Jeremy, I understand they are assholes and charming, and the sex is good, but Stan is a loser. I'm going to be blunt; his appearance is ugly, and his personality is not helping his case. At least if you don't have an attractive face, your personality is good, but with Stan, there's nothing good in him. And I try to tolerate him, but the last straw is his response to Lena's rejection, which is disgusting. Sorry if my words offended anyone; that's not my intention; I'm just stating my opinion about Stan's character.

That's because Stan had a major overhaul in what his character is and his overall appearance changed to reflect that. Originally Stan seemed to be intended to be to Lena what Holly was meant to be for Ian. He was likely to have the big glow up due to Lena's influences, but EK's patrons complained that he wasn't incel enough to the point where EK went back and overhauled his character to be even uglier with a worse personality.
I'm pretty sure it was the opposite. His change came fater some players had complained at Lena's lack of diversity for non-toxic male characters. The reworked Stan was intended to be less of a stereotype which is why his trenchcoat and fedora never made a comeback with the new design.
