I think its because Ian slept with Cindy instead of Alison in chapter 12 (which is automatic if youre on both routes). As early as chapter 1 and 2. The fight with Robert and subsequent talk with Jeremy is different. Ian's discussion about Allison is different. Perhaps they've been changed earlier than this update, but this is the first I'm seeing it and I hadn't seen anyone else discuss those changes.
