For the first time? Yes but game gives another opportunity for Lena-Ian to be in serious relationship in chapter 12, even with Lena fucking Jeremy, just make sure Lena isn't obsessed with Axel by that time, don't know about Ian's side of things though(He's practically virgin in my playthrough's).

is it the open relationship route with Lena and Ian fwb?

As far as I know, if you want to bang Axel, the best route probably dating Ian with Ian moved on from Gilian, that way he'll agree to open relationship

For me, the only annoying thing is that it doesn't continue from this point. There are no options. The game is over at this point.
The “joke” itself is perfectly okay – and I understood it. But that it absolutely doesn't continue from there – I find that strange.

It's not bug of death. It's just part of the game. Don't do drugs and you will be okay. And if you really want to do them, people gave you a screenshot what to click to leave it. It's just a joke from developer, pretty fun one i would say. 90% of people who ask about that are just skipping text for sex scenes, the other 10% just can't solve it

They're saying the latest entry point for the relationship is chapter 12. And for this entry point Lena can not be banging Axel. If you started the relationship earlier, in chapter 9, then Lena can later start cheating on Ian with Axel.

It was a pretty good idea to implement that, but I wonder how many players did the game lose because of it. I would suggest to put something on the first post but most of those potential players wouldn't read it anyway.
