The whole "Gillian left me, I can't get over it" storyline would hit a lot harder if she left him for one of his friends, and both of them were present in the story. You could make Gillian appear in every chapter almost like a spectre haunting Ian, and the male friend could be present in the story as a rival (instead of Robert, lol), maybe culminating by being the final opponent in the MMA tournament, or the book competition, or both.

I've thought about it a bit today, and the neatest solution would be to just have Axel be the guy Gillian cheated with, and Gillian take the role of Cherry as the girl Axel cheated with. It would also make for a more original and spicy way for Ian and Lena to meet and start talking to each other.

Then have Gillian hang around because she's part of their friend group. Again, she could just replace Cherry.

Still, whatever the best story solution would be, the general point is that Gillian is massively underutilized in the game. Hot character model and a breakup that supposedly totally wrecked our MC, early tease with Ian looking at her photos and having dreams about her, and then... nothing for like 10 chapters straight. Lena is constantly bumping into Axel, bothered and tempted by him. Gillian should have been constantly opening Ian's wounds the same way.

Not really a miss since it's only relevant if Lena's dating him. Otherwise he could be any other random guy.

Yes, there's some text variants and minor actions which are influenced by the value of "chad" variable.

Make a move on her and get her number (just use a nonoffensive choice and apologize if you don't have the skills). Later on, only text her once. At the date, don't adress her past. At the sleep over, either fuck her (she hates you) or offer her your bed.
It seems that only bad Jess is dateable, so have Lena sleep with Robert and/or Mike at least once. Or get the special drug dream and alter realities to change Jess.

Yes. If you keep developing romantic relationship with Holly as Lena, eventually Holly mentions this to Ian and it can result in forming a throuple.

The whole Lena/Holly thing starts fairly early, so it's hard to say if you've missed the opportunity to develop it. If you're on their route then there should be option for Lena to kiss Holly while Lena is taking Holly's photos in Ch.10, and then Holly can kiss Lena on her own in Ch.11. The throuple thing is brought up at the beach house in Ch.12.

Single is the wrong word. Available is more accurate.

Axel isn't available because he comes with baggage. Even if you the player make Lena give in, she berates herself for doing so and feels guilty. Jeremy likewise isn't available, but it's not because of Louise. because he really couldn't care about Louise. He pursues Ivy for most of the game under Louise's nose. However, Ian's feelings do cause Jeremy to hesitate, such as during the afterparty at Ivy's. It's up to Lena to force the issue or not in that instance. With Mike, the girlfriend is an obvious issue, and Lena feels conflicted about it.

Comparatively, Ian, Stan and Robert are relatively guiltless potential relationships with no baggage, and those are the options that do actively attempt to date and form proper relationships with her.

I think if you don't fuck her, but just let her take the bed she may eventually become a love interest you can date.
