You just have to decompile the renpy packages, I use a program called unren. You can find it here on f95zone.
I work in games design myself, so I just like to look through the image files now and then to see how Eva designs certain outfits and scenes. I'm a bit of a dork like that. I just happened to find these while scrolling through the images. It's not the first time that there's content to find in there that isn't implemented in the game yet.
These images stand out somewhat though because they exist outside the typical naming scheme for images that will appear in the game, so I've previously speculated that they're just experimental images that Eva forgot to remove.

What Geigi said, and the game will have multiple endings depending on the various choices the two MCs make. If you let them stay out of trouble, they will be rewarded. If you let them play with fire (what you probably did), they can be burned for sure.

I'd just rather discover that in game, than see it out of context here first. Not saying you have to delete it or anything.
Not that I disagree with you about images being placed in spoilers, but just for context. Those shots of Cindy are seemingly test art that EK left in the game instead of taking out. Obviously there is a chance that it can be used as in game material later in the story, but those images exist outside of normal naming schemes and aren't unlockable / viewable in game at all at the moment.
You unfortunately, as it stands, will never be discovering that in game.

Eh, same difference to me. If it is test art, I'm not particularly interested in seeing it; if it shows up in game later, I'd rather see it for the first time then. It's no biggie, but it'd be statistically improbable I was the only one with that preference.
Moot going forward for any newbies catching up though, it's all on them if they click on the spoiler box.

There's also the proportions of the two images. The black cock being bigger wouldn't be a surprise in an Eva Kiss game of course, but Cindy's hand holding is bigger too and everything in that alt image is shifted around a bit. It just looks a bit clumsy, right? So in my mind that specifc image probably won't appear in the game. A similar one could though, where the proportions between Cindy and this hypothetical erection would be better implemented instead of just a selective zoom.
The optics are interesting though, that Eva has experimented with pictures that feature Cindy sucking two different cocks and also the phone interface over it giving you the idea that this would have been an image shown to the player or that their active character would have discovered somehow. That could very much happen. Maybe not right now, but eventually.
Unless Eva is just having a laugh at our expense that is!
