There's a full walkthrough for current version of the game linked in the OP. The Trinity is formed in Ch.12 so you can start from there and work your way backward to see how to get the pre-requisites you need.
I will be honest with you - that shit is confusing as fuck, it says that you need "nterested in Holly/Lena #671" label which triggers with dialogue option i'm pretty sure i chose, so I'm a bit confused rn. Don't think that walkthrough will help me much, that's why I ask for some pointers from people who managed to get that route
As Ian start dating Lena, go with Holly to book fair, Holly will kiss Ian. Now you can refuse to reciprocate and continue playing IanxLena route or kiss her and start IanXHolly, doesn't matter both can lead to trinity.
YEP that was it, every time you have special interaction between Holly and Lena some counter goes up by one, you need five in total for "Holly Trinity". I guess i was missing some. Your advice helped a lot, cheers m8
