A propos of nothing, i've suddenly realized that in a scenario where Ian broke up with Lena due to cheating, she's now technically free to hook up with Ian's best friend Jeremy during her vacation at Billy's place.

It'd be kinda hilarious if that happened (maybe as part of threesome with Ivy, idk) after all Jeremy's nagging how Lena isn't the right girl for Ian etc. I'm half tempted to do that on my break up playthrough just too see how badly Ian can get pissed off at Jeremy over that.

There's even potential for some symmetry or irony if Ian hooked up with Louise, or got the invite but abstained out of concern how it'd mess things up given Louise is Lena's friend.

That's unfortunately true. I could maybe have Lena overcome it with help of some drugs, but i don't really want to spend a will point on it.
I could see drugs or booze helping. I kinda hope one, or some, of these new chaarcters Eva is adding will be new casual partners. Even just one-timers.

Do you know how to get bad jess? If not first have Lena Hook up with Robert or Mike. than talk to her in the bar to get her number text her once after the high scene with perry and Emma. than your going to meet her in the mall pick the choice a smack in the mouth when u meet her at the mall u should get her sex scene along with the watching her do porn scene.

There's no "love path" for Ian to pursue with Alison, not exactly. As it stands, he can one-sidedly catch fee-fees for her and it changes Alison's perspective on theoretical threesome with Jeremy (if it gets brought up at all) and who initiates the talk about moving in together. That's it, until about the most recent scene in the latest chapter, where she drops the line about not minding getting serious with him. Her route, if you could call it that, is wasted potential all around, lazy rehashing of old encounters and constant detours to contraceptive talk, which finally gets resolved with Ian succeeding the persuasion check and learning the power of pulling out. Lena never gets jealous (duh, because she's perfect, right) of Ian getting with her, they meet each other only once, very early on and it's entirely optional, and that is such a missed opportunity to have a solid shot at adding depth and fleshing out characters through a classic love triangle. There could have been a competition, even a fight between these two, but alas.
That's, that's simply not true.

I just finished a playthrough and ngl I think the only route more rewarding than committed Ian/Lena is 'committed' Ian/Lena cheating on one another. :BootyTime:

The way they both go "I want to have it all" in the same chapter is fucking grandiose.

Like two arsonists burning down the same building not knowing someone else had the idea.

Problem being that Jeremy is still Jeremy.
In both cases Ian and Lena switch to suboptimal partners.
No homo, but Jeremy is a better hookup than Louise. He can be annoying, but he isn't as overbearing and needy as Louise.

Yay, I get to pick between the plague or cholera! ;)

At the very least I can see my Lena be interested enough in Louise for that first sexual encounter, before all the issues become evident.
With Jeremy I always reveal his cheating. To me the game he tries to play with Louise in the early chapters permanently sours him as an option for Lena.
Like ffive said perhaps substances can help with that sour taste though.

And no one views Ian as a villain when Perry and Wade find out he made them Cuckolds?
Sure, the Cindy path is ruthless and selfish, despite Wade/Cindy being inevitable doomed and the Ian/Cindy chemistry authentic. Most ignore it since they selfinsert as Ian.

With Perry there is a bit of unnecessary mean boasting, and its dickish if Ian also pretends to help Perry (much prefer Ian leaving Perry alone with his self-pity), but since Perry doesn't make a move on Emma and she is interested in Ian, she isn't entitled to Perry in any way, so its fair game.

Huh interesting. Just as you said ian_lena_open is set to true but none of the dialogue with Ian and Lena alludes to this. In fact it's the opposite. Both are actively cheating on each other and their inner monologues reflect that. ian_lena_3some is set to true as well. I think I'll just leave a save file.
Yes, as I expected. You accepted the threesome which means the code sets ian_lena_open to True and most dialogue checks for the open relationship by looking for ian_lena_open beeing either "lena" or "ian". Except apparently this one. I'll change it to also look for "ian" or "lena"

Perry is not a cuckold. Emma was never his girlfriend to begin with. He just pined for her like a fucking loser for years and she's known about it the whole time.
