Once upon a time I looked down from the observation deck of Burj Khalifa, and I shed tears of joy... For it was the only time in my life I could see my dick in its glorious entirety.
Bro im so happy for you!

Its not the blessing people think it is. Had to install a custom wall-mounted hose reel in my garage to store my dick properly. Takes me about 45mins to roll it back in after a piss.

I've been hearing good things about this game for a while and that it has good writing. So I gave it a try and it was fun for a bit. I played through around seven chapters. Now I'm not here to bitch, but good writing? Really? It's basically a YA book with some smut. He fucked her, she fucked him, and it just keeps going. Nothing really stands out beyond the branching, which just leads to different versions of the same thing I mentioned earlier. Even the romance I had hopes for turned out to be the most basic setup. Oh let's go grab a coffee, how are your parents, I'm horny, let's fuck. I enjoyed it a little, but I guess I expected way more.

Why? The quality in ORS is in comparison to similar games, pornographic interactive narratives with branching options, none of the routes are supposed to have significant hidden depth.
There are various themes to explore besides the sex many of which I find compelling for what they are, but with two protagonists and a dozen or so options of varying sexual and romantic value for each of them to pursue any significant focus points were always going to be limited in scope.

What were you expecting?

Well since there’s no overarching story, the least I expected was some decent romance. But all I got was “I really like him” and “I really like her” after a cup of coffee, then “omg we kissed” and “hey let's fuck.” That’s all there is to it.

And what varying options? Maybe for Ian, sure. But all of Lena’s options besides Ian are just guys who only want to get in her pants, and they usually do after one conversation. I didn’t see anyone half decent pursuing Lena other than Ian.

It's not as simple as you're claiming, but yeah, if you go for the romance routes (IMO, the best are IanxLena, IanxLenaxHolly, IanxHolly, and LenaxHolly), it's a straight forward, uncomplicated love story (aside from the complications that arise with Seymour blacklisting Lena), and I appreciate it for what it is.

As for Lena's options, that's a common complaint, aside from Ian and Holly, there aren't any decent love interests for her.

Right and the overarching story revolves more around how Lena and Ian's worlds collide and how their choices and interacitons can impact each other and the characters around them.
If you play Ian and Lena in an uncomplicated way then their romance will stay uncomplicated too.

Well more bad news for me. I didn’t care for Holly at all. My Ian never saw her as more than a friend, and I’m not really into the lesbian content unless there’s a guy involved. The Lena and Ian route started off fine but got boring really fast. It felt like checking off a list of the most basic romance tropes.

And it’s crazy how every girl in the game seems desperate for a cock. You miss one text from Allison? She’s already riding Jeremy. Cindy's been in a relationship for two years? She can't wait to bounce on Axel. All of this could’ve worked better with at least some build up.

I guess most of the effort went into the branching paths. Again I’m not saying it’s bad. I did enjoy it to some extent, like I said I played around seven chapters. But it just got boring. Maybe it’s just not for me.

Cindy doesn't start bouncing on Axel's cock until ch. 12, she waits for over half the game, how much longer were you expecting this to develop?

You don't have to worry about offending anyone here. I don't think many people here play ORS for its grand romantic themes.. ;)

That's the thing bro, I just didn't find any reason to keep playing after Ian and Lena got together. The only option left is to play Lena as a slut, which I tried, but that was even worse. One conversation and it's straight to the bedroom. The guys are all uninteresting and basically the same, just trying to fuck.

As for Ian, the only girls i was somewhat interested in are Cindy, but her story is full of Axel like I didn’t already get enough of him with Lena, and Ivy who feels like your typical porn game slut character but at least she’s interesting. Too bad there's no real content with Ian. The rest I honestly don’t care about.

Again, maybe it’s just not for me. I’ll probably come back and finish it once it’s fully completed.

Probably overhyped, because people tend to exaggerate the quality of the writing, especially in porn games. By comparison, this game is noticable more nuanced than the average porn game, who have even more rushed dating and naturally a very Gary Stu MC (huge dick, money, charisma, all women center around him).

Some romances are straightforward, like Ian with Lena, Holly or Alison, but they all have their potential drama. Ian can argue with Lena about her profession, since she is often nude around other people, Holly has self-esteem issues and Alison is passive agressive which really shows if Ian isn't faithful towards her and she brings in Jeremy as a reaction.
Other are a bit more slowburn, in particular Cindy or the affair with Minerva.

I appreciate it tbh.

The implication here is that NPCs do not just exist for the sake of being in a relationship with either MC.

If you don't focus on a character, they have other options.

Alison has Jeremy.
Cindy has Axel.
If you encourage Holly to do the pole dancing classes she gets really close to Ivy and Lena does have some dialogues where she shows jealousy.

This is a nice contrast with most other AVNs where NPCs have no active sex lives when MC's not around.

Yes, but I can tell you as someone who played a lot of romance games, they have their own version of tropes and clichés just like porn games. Sure, the romance isn't strong forte in this game, but Ian/Lena is actually have decent writing unlike most games here that try to write romance. Porn in this game is good too, if you follow certain routes. There's a little bit of everything for everyone, whether you prefer romantic wholesome vanilla with Ian/Lena or go wild and fuck everyone. Rarely games offer something in between like a female protagonist who is interested in romance and also wants to fuck but isn't willing to fuck everyone.

As a black man I've never really understood the BBC fetish either. If it just had to do with the size of the cock, that I understand. Maybe it's also cause I'm African and also live in a country that most people have mainly the same skin color. But come to think of it most men seem to make a big fuss about sleeping with a white woman. I still don't get it since I schooled in the US and still didn't develop any proclivities for any particular race. I will admit though I like watching Asian porn but usually on mute. But that's it. It's a weird feeling being sexualized. Like should I be happy or offended lol? If I where to guess though I think it probably has something to do with the history of the world, how blacks where usually seen as lesser. And it used to be taboo to sleep with them. So for the black man it's like internalized inferiority to the white women. And the white women is like a forbidden fantasy. Just a guess though.
It's not about the size because then it would just be called BC fetish and not a BBC fetish. There's also a BWC fetish too, it's a thing but I don't think it's as popular.

I also don't think it's about inferiority, but superiority instead. Because the vast majority of BBC scenes in games are about how the black guy fucks way better and generally satisfies the woman in every way possible.

This game doesn't really fulfill that kink fully though. Yeah you get Lena who becomes obsessed with Jeremy's cock simply cuz its black and big, and the scenes and her thoughts show that. But on the other hand you have Jeremy who isn't as dominating as he should be if he was to fulfill his part of the kink. Instead he is unsure and the one time he gets to enter her he cums almost instantly. Jack does a much better job at fulfilling that role and he ain't even black.

The BWC kink doesn't seem to work when you pair a white man and a white girl either, so it's like BBC where it has to be interracial.

When it comes to the Asian kink, it's only about the women (I've honestly never seen an Asian guy being sexualized as much as black guys or white guys, unless it's a fat bastard.) Asian men are usually more about romance, like someone else before said about the k-dramas and stuff. It's not about fucking the brains out of a girl and leaving her drooling like the other two.

One of the best portrayals of the BBC fetish is in an RPGmaker game called "Secret Dawn". The black guy there fits all the criteria, he's towering and muscular, has a massive cock, and he has a dominating aura just by standing there. BUT, he's also smart and genuinely a good guy and a well thought out character. And the FMC is slowly falling for him. Shame the game has a type of gameplay that annoys many of the people playing it though. Oh and it's NTR, but not really the usual kind.

It seems more like a result of preconception that you "win" if you get to start a relationship, or something? Admittedly, this is common approach in both porn games and romance movies --what with the "and they lived happily ever after" and all-- but it appears it's completely eluded you that the reason to keep playing after Ian and Lena got together is to see if they can stay together in that relationship for the rest of the game, and how it shapes up.

Both Ian and Lena have a backstory of getting cheated on by their previous partner, so it's an open question in the game for both whether they can avoid history repeating itself.

Are you white? Have you been in contact with a perfidious hacker known as Four Chan? If not, that can only mean one thing. The virus is evolving. We need to contact Brad Pitt immediately and organize a mission to collect you and bring you to the lab.
no, im black. my whole point was that not everyone who's into ntr is a small penis guy who doesn't get laid lol. im into ntr because i love it, in real life and as a game. it started for me as a teen and has followed me into my adult life. im average looking at best, not the riches guy, but i have a big cock. its not easy but i have slept with a few girls who had boyfriends. my latest conquest was this girl three months back. fucked her while she was on the phone with her boyfriend from the army lmao

Well, our best scientific minds here in this thread had concluded it predominately occurs in Caucasian population, up to 99,9 percent, if I'm not mistaken. Unless there's a new anthropological breakthrough, you'll remain a statistical error.
i always have been. i don't fit into a stereotype. I'm a jock who also reads comics. i love hip-hop music and country. i get laid in real life and still jerk off to porn games lmao. honestly, as far as ntr goes, I'm just a depraved man who loves to see a women get sexually corrupted

Hahaha, I win what? The only thing I won is the end of that cringy flirting and I know a more boring relationship is waiting ahead. See, if they can stay together? I thought it was all in my hands. I decide if they cheat or not and even if they do, I'm sure they'll forgive each other.

That's the thing bro, I'm not going to waste hours reading a cliche story about two people who was cheated on. If I want to hear that, I can just call my friends.

Again, like I said before, it was fun but it got boring for me. And that's okay, you can enjoy it. Not everyone is going to enjoy what you enjoy.
