Seymour has become a missed chance. He could have and imho should have become the main villian since he had both contact with Lena and Ian. Would have been a nice twist if he ended up corrupting Ian if Ian and Lena were in a relationship. But as you said he became way to vanilla like the entire story and most scenes.
Arthur was a fan favorite in GGGB because of how twisted he was but I think we should get the godfather memes ready.

Arthur may have been a favourite but he wasn't really a strong villain either. I think with both him and Seymour it comes down to the design of the game's branching narrative, these games try to do both corruption and anti-corruption themes and when you mix that with role-playing elements it becomes hard to write a villain that's actually forceful while still respecting player agency to not feel forced to play certain routes.
In both games you can elect to ignore the villain almost entirely. They still pop up here and there, but Ash doesn't have to entertain Arthur's feigned sorrow nor does Lena have to indulge Seymour's schemes. They can both gain tangible rewards from exploring these characters, but if you care little for the monetary rewards the game presents on these routes, you have little reason to suffer through their content if you dislike the themes.
So either you want that money without cheating, in which case you'd be the kind of player this content was actually intended to challenge, or you enjoy the corruption elements and willfully steer your FMC down this path. In neither case are they strong villains really because one choice actually favors them while the other is a personal compromise.

Technically also Mike, if all those predictions of his association with Gillian turn out to be accurate. Or if Lena keeps "collaborating" with him while still in relationship with Ian. Or just as a source of some fighting with Ivy, idk.
Also, we're supposed to get a new characters at Billy's party. It would be pretty late for them to be introduced as longer term additions to the cast, but they still can generate some drama, i guess.

Well yeah, if you choose not to partake it appears Lena will not partake. She says so at least.
Her coming along to hang out is a writing compromise that's rather clumsy, sure, but let's wait till we get the story told before getting angry at forced participation, when it appears as if that choice will be respected technically.
Ok let's wait, but the only way those forced to participate will not get angry is if Ian gets a last-minute invite to join on the second day, and I do not see that happening. That's why I am not excited at all about when the update is coming out. I already know it will be a big disappointment to anyone not on the slut path.

Predicting what will happen rarely turned out true in Eva's case. Many were disappointed with Seymour content so I don't think that orgy will happen. Well, Lena doesn't have to be a slut to have sex. Perhaps she'll just get it on with Ivy or with Jeremy or even Billy and the new characters. I also imagine that even if you denied Billy's offer initially you may get the option to join in anyway, in case it turns out the modelling opportunity is genuine.
Then there's the social aspects. The group is different but I imagine there will be interactions similar to being on the beach with the crew two chapters back.

I'll be honest, if I had to choose the perfect match for Ian, it wouldn't be Cindy (unfortunately for me). That would be Holly, because all the girls have a shady past with their exes, and she's the only one in both of her routes (romance/slut path) who still has feelings for Ian. This is confirmed if you go the Holly Trinity path. (I still love Cindy goddess but that's just me).
