Although IIRC it is also possible for Ian who gets in relationship with Alison to encourage this change, so it's not strictly needed for Jeremy to get involved.
Jeremy seems to make Allison go one step faster however. If Ian and Allison are exclusive she can dye her hair blonde about the same time she gets her nipples pierced if she's fucked Jeremy. Currently no way for her to pierce her nipples, that I'm aware of, if Ian and Allison have been exclusive.
I would half expect another change next chapter, if she's on her bimbo path. But it also feels like a lot of the cast is staring down another change, especially on the sluttier paths.

There hasn't been follow up on Holly's tattoo, but I'd expect another outfit change from her as well after that or perhaps a navel piercing to go with.
Cindy has consistently changed up her style, but now she can be with Axel or Ian exclusively. I could see her wearing some more extravagant outfits on Axel's path.
Cherry should be back from her vacation so that just feels like a good excuse to make some sort of change since we haven't seen her for three in game weeks. Please EK give my girl Cherry something.
Wade can either start getting his life together or let it spiral further. Same for Perry. Stan could be hitting the gym still. So our male cast can be on the up and up.
The problem, if you want to view it that way, is that we have to get back to Ian's PoV to find out. Lena spending another chapter isolated from the majority of the cast obviously limits her interactions.
