As you'll note at the of the page by the title there is no [completed] tag. A version does not need to be complete for the game to be in active development. When a game is not being developed is when it gets the [abandoned] tag.

As far as I rmember: encourage her every time Ivy suggest something and let her hook up with everyone, included Robert, while playing Lena (avoid romantic relationship with her). Same as Ian: avoid a romantic relationship, you'll still be able to have some one night stand with her at your place and at the beach house.

You control both Ian and Lena so if you put them together this is easy to avoid by making choices.
If you want to date other characters it's also possible to avoid it but you will have to be more careful with your choices, because some of them won't wait for you forever
