Ivy has been trying to corrupt good Lena the whole game, I don't see why her keeping on that would be very interesting at this point.
I find it much more fun what does happen, that Lena can out-hot her, good or otherwise, and see how Ivy flails around like a frisky husky with an attention deficit, trying to insert herself everywhere.
At this point, Lena is the one corrupting Ivy. Before the event it over Ivy might even end up taking her first dick.

The NTR is optional and driven by your choices -- effectively, the game has two protagonists and, if you choose to pair them up, each of them can cheat on the other, if you so decide for them.

All choice driven, nothing you don't want to see will be forced on you. You can play them both "male and female protagonist" celibate if you want.

I'm always surprised how people find the exactly scenes in the game.
Yeah, you need to make Lena cheat once. Just don't be a serial cheater.
What I did was make Lena cheat on Ian with Jack, stop Jack's path then and there, after the incident. Commit to the relationship seriously in EP12 in her bedroom.
From Ian's side, don't get aggressive. Tell her that you still love her, have a romantic kiss under the moon, get back to the room, punish Lena and during the scene when Lena asks "Do you really love me"?, say yes.
Congrats!!! She's now totally hooked on Ian.
