Shouldn't it be like "ch 11 full ver" followed by "ch 11 prologue full ver" in sequence?
Prologue always comes after the completion of main event.

"A prologue or prolog is an opening to a story that establishes the context and gives background details." What you are thinking of is called an epilogue. If you go through the version 10.3 of the game, you will notice that it was added as a continuation of Chapter 10. So you can think of it as the true ending of chapter 10, or a small piece of the story that prepares the reader for Chapter 11, hence prologue.

Chapter 11 prologue is chapter 10 real ending.
Eva rushed chapter 10 because it took too much time (13 months since chapter 9).

Chapter 11 release date
Hi everyone! As usual, I've been hesitant to give a final release date, but now Chapter 11 is almost done. The writing is finally completed, and these days I'm going through the script, playtesting, polishing and bug-solving. I'm also making time for the colorist to finish the last scene of this chapter, and once everything is properly assembled the Alpha for Chapter 11 will be ready for publication.
Just to be sure, I'm scheduling the release for Friday 30th. I'll be also working on the epilogue that will drop after the release cycle of Chapter 11, so I can cap off the episode as quick as possible. I apologize for being quite absent from the community, as I've been focused on dealing with the project and managing all its components. Once it's released, I'll take a breather and make another Q&A and few polls, as well as discuss some other news.
Which characters are you hoping get scenes in this episode, and what scenarios are you expecting to see? Hopefully I'll have some surprises for you guys!

I mean there are a few of them quite close to that on this site, I'd say this is one of them.
But yeah since people here follow game development of these games so closely you pick up a few things over the years.
But there have definitely been hundreds of games on here worth playing.
I wouldn't say any of them are expertly made, but ORS is definitely close enough. Even though I don't think I'll ever get what I truly want from it and that's because they decided a multi MC story. I think most of Ian's storyline is boring and not that great, while Lena's is much better and could have been the sole focus and I think the game would have been less annoying to code create and everything else if Ian was just the boyfriend and we didn't get to see everything he got up to.
Lena at this point would have been able to have done so many more things. But that's my opinion.
Ian's POV is the only reason I wouldn't call this game perfect.

I wonder if this means chapter 11 is the last chapter, or if they think each chapter is a standalone thing in the development cycle and the epilogue of chapter 11 is just that and then work on chapter 12 starts.
Epilogue to me is usually something that is created after something is fully complete, they did the same thing with ep11 prologue though, but you never know when someone is gonna use words as they want or as you want or pick and chose and do both.
In the last status report Eva mentioned adding a scene that she was going to add later into the full update. If that's still the case I wonder how many scenes, if any, will be in the epilogue.View attachment 2715447

No, this doesn't mean Chapter 11 is the last one. We got an Epilogue for Chapter 10 as well. It most likely means the dev hasn't finished the update so they are releasing it in two parts: unfinished game and a sort of a DLC that completes it.
