Ian's scenes tend to be more developed, full scale sex affairs, while half of Lena's is "blow some guy in a bathroom or wherever" so it's not exactly the same in terms of how easily they get produced and added. (then there's also lesbian scenes, like MixQQ brings up)

I don't think many players would be enthusiastic with option for Ian to blow random dudes from the male cast in the bathrooms, to even the count

I suppose this is one, unfavorable way to look at it. I view it instead as narrative where the point of firm "stay a mile away from any drug" comes in the middle of the story instead of right at the start. Because, honestly, if you do it from the start then there's very little story as a result -- Lena simply successfully gets over Axel without any apparent difficulty or a slip-up, the end. Which is also kind of hard to buy, given what you say about her:

You can play Lena being tempted with the photos, getting horny during the photoshoot with him, blowjob dream... but using a will point to push him away when he kisses you at his appartment. If Lena has sex with him there, she's dominated again and it's clearly on the way to her old self. The issue is, it is not implemented/hinted that Cindy has cheated before in past and Cindy was pretty much in control of herself from THE START. I checked her path carefully and NO THERE IS NOT A SINGLE MOMENT WHERE CINDY IS CAUGHT OFF-GUARD/FUMBLED ABOUT HER THING WITH IAN. NO INSECURITY, NOT ANY UNUSAL BEHAVOR or anything. She plays the role PERFECT for some who is doing it first time. Not even Wade when she messaged Ian in her underwear or anyone notices at any instance. That is not something people tend to easily control themselves at especially on their first time and if she didn't cheat ever before and this is her first time than Cindy is NOT JUST SOME DUMB BLONDIE bcz that kinda thing a dumb person cannot pull off with that ease. We can see even Ian sometimes is caught off-guard sometimes or behave in a certain way. So, Cindy might be fooling us too by projecting herself as "Oh! She's just a dumb Blondie!". We'll see how things will be revealed BUT I am skeptical.

I never got the impression that Cindy is dumb. I think that's coming a bit from the dumb blonde trope. She can be petty, jealous, cheap and a bit of a diva with a weakness for flattery but I don't think she's an idiot. She's a hot girl used to things going her way because she's a hot girl. But it's also implied that she doesn't have a lot of sexual skill (that usually comes from experience), so we can guess that she got what she wanted just by teasing, not by giving sexual favors left and right (that would be more Ivy's style) and that entails a certain skill at manipulating people.

Yes, that's why i said if it ends up this way i'm fine with such resolution, too. Although, since EK usually provides more points to drop character's route, and it only gets "officially" established in this epilogue, i hope there will be an opportunity for it. But if there isn't then it's fair enough -- it's certainly reasonable given all that's happened, and actually being caught up in a route i can't get out of is an interesting experience, a little bit mirroring Lena, in fact.

Ian might be an above average guy but Lena is a bi hot girl and a nude model. If you want the game to be semi-realistic there has to be a gap at least as large as it's in the current version of the game.
