You don't have to be so drastic to have an enema. There is a small water vacuum cleaner that can be purchased in specialized stores that is used to clean the inside of the vagina and anus without causing so much discomfort for the user.

For me, Jack's character is a forced character put in at the last minute because if you look closely, his sex scene with Lena is a copy and paste of the scene between Axel and Lena in the apartment, if Jack had beaten up Jack. Personally I find it odd combo - writer and fighter. When I play "good guy" Ian all the fighting stuff puts me off and when I play "gigachad" Ian the writing stuff does the same. Also goes for Lena and her music on "turbo slut" route. I don't mind them existing, but I would prefer if due to choices you could deviate away from some of that content if it doesn't match the personality or lifestyle you are going for.
