Emma called Perry to the fortress before that squatting project. Perry thought she invited him for a date but Emma had a different agenda of inviting the Mayor through Perry. I'd say that was a shitty move from her, even if she didn't mean to hurt Perry. She should've been upfront about it. Perry was pretty disappointed with that behaviour and talked about Emma using him for his father.

You're right, Emma is an activist who is against many of Perry's father's policies, making a relationship with Perry complicated, and I will never let the pikachu have Emma's beautiful ass, I would have liked to have a serious one. with Emma, it's a shame it's not possible, right?

The hook are the many choices that actually matter and are referenced later on, allowing for a limitless amount of playthroughs. Especially because of the ability to control two main characters. No porn game offers that level of complexity. Ian can become a chad, a cuck or everything between. With Lena there is the familiar corruption customisation like in GGGB, you can control everyone of her escapades - or let her be grounded and wholesome. The rest of the cast acts and reacts around them accordingly. Since you loved GGGB, you likely appreciate the corruption aspects and customising Lena, but it certainly isn'tt centered around her, Lena and Ian are but a part of the setting.

I am looking for interesting stuff. You convinced me that it's worth my time, but only when I have a lot of time to spend on it. For what I have tried and what people say, this game is something that I will only appreciate after a very long time playing. If I get there, it will probably be amazing.

But I have a lot of hobbies and playing porn games for dozens of hours is not exactly my thing, at least, if I don't have a strong hook from the start.

I have this idea that success went to her head (Eva Kiss I mean), I don't think the dialogues are so good or the writting really clever. Great writting is a very strong hook for me. I don't feel that here.

There's probably quality in the writting, in the details, the complexity, the choices and the connections, right?

Anyway. I mean, it sounds interesting. I'll play it eventually. Thank you.

So, Elli might be limited to cameo only, but EK is keeping track of her variables, but she did it with others cameo characters too and used only to tease Ian in specific routes and Elli variable was also used to tease IIRC.

I'm thinking chapter 12 is focused on the beach party and mma, 13 will be to cement relationships and 14 will have them move in together/career focused. I just have no idea how this will be done to maximize the drama for the future payoff.

Most of the drama seems like it will either be connected to whether Lena got with Ian or Axel. Or Wade's relationship with Cindy. I'm having a hard time coming up with anything for the other pairings (well besides Mike).

I mean your not wrong. Almost everything she said she wanted/didn't want to do she ends up doing the opposite.

Says she has no plans on adding more characters as the cast is already full. What does she do? Add more characters ala cameos or one offs with no explaining why she just went against her own claim.
Doesn't want to make ORS in essence GGGB2. What happens? Pretty much is heading towards GGGB2 in terms of everything.

To me, and this is meer speculation, EK doesn't have confidence in her storytelling. It started off well at the beginning, but somewhere between Wade's rework and Stan's "rework" something happened. It almost seems she lost that fire and that confidence to stay true to her own version of her story and instead look what we have now. Pandered content, left field cameos, reworkings with no rhyme or reasoning. I also think part of the problem is that she is listening way too much to her patrons in their demands of things. Like it almost seems she "tries" to appease the 'vocal' elements but in essence continuely move away further and further from the story she wants just to keep that steady income.

I also think another part of the problem is that she pushes herself onto deadlines of 'wanting to put out and update in 4 months' or so. Not to mention her constant issue with writers block and what not. Personally, I think EK should take a step back from this game a bit and recalibrate herself. Stop trying to appease everyone. Cause hell, her appeasing has left those of us who have been waiting ever so patiently for Ian-Ivy to happen completely jaded from the game. Stop pushing herself on deadlines. If the update or chapter takes 5-6 months or more then so be it. Not to mention, not EVERY update has to have a whole bunch of sexual content. There are some VNs out there now, Projekt: Passion for example, that had maybe 1-2 lewd moments but had story and character progression. A bit of fan service or teasings is all well and fine, but lets be honest the story hasn't picked up. It's been dogged by cameos and pandered content. And I'm likely gonna be in the minority here, and likely some people trying to slap me around (jokes on them I'm into that shit), but I think ORS and EK need a bit of recalibrating here.

I doubt Elli is a cameo. Character is far too hot (no offense to patreons, but Occam's razor/Law of averages). Unless this is another situation like DasHole's where a patreon's designed character was awarded a spot of some sort. But I doubt that.
