I tried Ian and Lena having low relationship points (reaching red angry emoji in stats). It didn't affect the story much. While relationship stat on other characters remain reflective on the story, Ian and Lena still remained good friends despite the stat not reflecting this. This seems an oversight that could be fixed. While it's hard to expect that EK is going to fix this, it really wouldn't affect the other paths should this be given attention. In a fixed path where Ian and Lena have a bad relationship, there should be different dialogue reflecting their bad blood and less scenes where Ian and Lena are talking. A potential for this is Lena can cuck Ian with Holly earlier, not caring that Ian is dating her and only wants Holly for herself. The scene where Lena kisses Holly in her room while Holly is dating Ian would actually make sense.

Does the affection system not work with all cheracters ??

Like anyone tried to have a terrible relationship with ivy for example? She still talks/best friends with lena even if angry face I guess ....

Like playing nerd shy ian and lena as a nerd and a couple and lena hates ivy angry relationship... does this effect ivy interaction at all like she flirts more with ian or something?

Jess storyline is really detached from the rest of the game and doesn't even have much to offer. Ian barely knows her and the novelty of her being a character from the prequel wears off quickly.

With Robert its just weird how much scenes he got, considering Lena just sees him as a very replacable casual hook-up. Giving him the Doug treatment and just dropping him early on would be valid.

Cherrys storyline stalls a bit and she is also a bit isolated from the rest of the cast, but at least there is some beef with Lena and Axel. I was a bit puzzled that she didn't do anything with Axel when they met during Ivys birthday. That could at least give more drama.

Hope jess has like likr possiblities

-Like a bittersweat one were she starts trust ian and they get in a relationship but ivy/ lena are on a bad path with photo shoots/drugs/billy and pull her down with them like she gets back in drugs/porn after being happy for short time

- aactually happy romance option

-a friendship option like ian and her being best buddys....

I am courious about jess and what options we get ....

I was not talking about retroactively cut out those characters, just cut out future content. I agree that Cherry could have brought interesting dynamics, but for whatever reason she hasn't. Maybe I will be proven wrong in future updates but there has been quite some time since the Lena/Cherry/Axel drama was revealed and so far Cherry's past association with Axel is not that different to what Lena's already brings out. And don't make me talk about her as a LI for Perry, that's just plainly wrong.

Robert probably outlived his uselfulness after his second fight with Ian. Robert as a legit LI for Lena is a joke.

I tought perry chad path was a myth

After last update I am like 30/70 on perry chad path maybe ...perry learns to fly

I am more sure in wade getting his revenge/ chad arc on ian

I mean... Lena and Ivy have actually had very little interaction with Jess. Though I'd be curious to see their thoughts on her change if / when they interact with her again. I think a Lena that has mostly been good excepting a fling with Robert early on would actually be the most interesting.

I mean more like a drama /bittersweet/sad ending for them like jess falls for ian

She kinda geta all cute change ,they fall in love ,she opens up.....

But than ivy and bad/corrupted lena come thry go on party or they take her with her in billy photoshot and than she gets into drugs again because lena and ivy doint harder drugs and take her down with them .....

its kida like a happy ending first But like bittersweet one like a red dead redemtion 2 ending were you get your tissues out

As much as i laugh at it, having Robert as actual RO is interesting, because you don't often see a route with character who is noticeably just mediocre/flawed as genuine option. It makes the game more grounded, in that he's basically your average guy that's like the most of them.

I would like to think that Robert is worse than your average guy. But even if he wasn't, your average guy doesn't get a girl like Lena. Going from Axel to Robert is a downgrade only surpassed by Cherry going grom Axel to Perry.

Maybe there's a reason why it's not seen often, it's just not interesting. But to each their own .

I kinda agree, in my main playtrhough he gets rejected by everyone. However EK is EK, and if she made him exist, there is a reason; so I gave him a chance in a few unsaved playthroughs.

IIRC he attends quite regularly these live drawing events (like the one he asked Ian to join him) and actually practices drawing there. To be fair we don't really see how he spends most of his days, with Ian at work and elsewhere.

I would not go as far as "cruel and unusual", but, granted, in my main playthrough he doens't get anything.
Still, I think you're missing stuff about him. EK is a smart girl, Perry is in that game for a reason.
