End of the next week!?
Lets go,time for that trip with Seymour,i wonder what the old man has planned for our main girl![]()
If she focused on one branch only, then she might have the stamina to continue. Too many branches makes it too difficult to keep track. And too few branches will sacrifice broad appeal.
I just dont see Evakiss working in this game for the next 6-10 years to reach 20 chapters or more...This seems to be a minority opinion, but I don't really think Eva is as burned out/ready for ORS to end as much as most people here do. Agreed, I can't see her stretching out the game for another 4-5 years, but my take is that 2024 has been Eva getting a second wind and releasing what I'd call a significant amount of content that both moved the story forward in big ways (the trinity, the first MMA fight, IanxCindy becoming an affair not just a fling, etc.) as well as expanding options for future development (Seymour taking an interest in Ian, an IanxEmma route, an IanxLouise route (?!), Lena getting caught up in Axel's domination again, etc.).
It doesn't have to be that all these expanded things need long, highly developed arcs. People here loved the introduction of Eli, for example, because she was a fresh face and it was interesting to think about Lena seducing a girl outside the Ivy/Holly orbit she's been in most of the story so far. I'm excited too - Eli could be a great booty call for Lena sporadically through the remainder of the story without the need to figure out Eli's past, incorporate her into the wider friend group, etc. Frankly the same thing could happen with Ian and Cherry - or Ian and Louise - and I think most folks here would be fine with that. Or Lena with Jeremy, or Mark, or Marcel... there can be fun scenes without intricate storylines to go along with them. We all love to knock on Robert, but bringing him in again just so Ivy and Lena can get Slutty Holly to sleep with him and that's it, was brilliant.
There's already plenty of intricate storylines to follow through to completion, and whether it's going to be 16 or 20 chapters doesn't matter much, imo, because Eva has been packing so much content into each of the past few chapters. I think there's going to be a lot more coming in the next year, and at a faster pace also because the "new" development schedule of prologue, POV 1, POV 2, epilogue - whether we love it or hate it - seems to be working for Eva pretty well, and whatever works for Eva is what will move the game forward for all of us.
If you want, you can accuse me of being optimistic, and that's fine. Frankly, someone needs to be optimistic around here.![]()
"Break the wheel" sets Gillian's flag to false and makes Ian automatically reject her invite. So i don't think it can be used to determine anything beyond "engage with Gillian at all", especially since breaking the wheel is only possible if Ian has active romantic relationship with another girl. The scenario I am proposing can be coded as such: Ian views the dream (v11_gillian_dream = 2) and Ian does not "break the wheel" during the second dream. Then when the meeting happens there will probably be another choice to lock Ian into that route.
Why are you assuming attribute levels will top at 10?. Relationships levels currently top at 12 for example.- Skill levels are close to reaching the maximum (assuming an average run, by fucking everything we can already reach 9 if not 10). If we assume half a level per chapter, then it leads towards 16 chapters -
Chapter 10 - 7
Chapter 11 - 7,5
Chapter 12 - 8
Chapter 13 - 8,5
Chapter 14 - 9
Chapter 15 - 9,5
Chapter 16 - 10
You would be surprised. But maybe Ian could have been an aspiring musician working at a music magazine/publishing label. That would be cooler and would allow for some early stage groupies I guess. Maybe Emma could still be playing with him and would be more common ground with Lena in addition to also fitting well with Holly/Minerva/Seymour. But I think you will always need the more grounded daily job for the same reason that Lena works as a waitress instead of having an aspiring model glamorous lifestyle, it fits better with the more down to earth tone of the game. That's good the main character works for you. That is some good side content that everyone has their preferences.
for the later commentary regarding the Holly, Minerva, and villian seymore type characters, these could all still exist in a different fork. I don't see their role as "innocent/shy" or "hot boss" or "wealthy villain." Those types could all exist in an environment where Ian was in an industry that was known for partying and illicit behavior than that of the writing community stereotypically known as introverts. Then again I'm sure Stephen King and George RR Martin are just drowning in
Gillian has a lot to make up for that to happen. The first thing she said when reuniting with Ian was that she's back in town because her boyfriend found a job. That's a tough pill to swallow for any dude, and Ian indicates that he doesn't want to be the one to make the first move. And I agree it makes more sense in the sense of storyline for Gillian to put in more effort. I'm all for Gillian's path, as I think she's the prettiest gal in the game, but the storyline is too messed up for Ian, and the timeline is too early for any reconciliation in the bedroom.
I think Gillian is the worst handled character in Ian's part of the game, specially compared to Lena's counterpart Axel. I would have probably forced a more present Gillian, like maybe she starts working at Ian's job and she's more of a real temptation to go back to the past instead of getting over it, instead of a metaphysical one (with the dreams and so on). There could be interesting dynamics between them with jealousy going both ways if Ian is getting in a relationship with another girl. The problem is the game won't drag on forever. Even with the most generous estimate for the game going up to 20 chapters still risks plot points feeling rushed. I can see a version of events where Ian and Gillian have coffee, reconnect, and Ian walks Gillian home.... and magic happens. Sure it might feel rushed and might not be written the best, but also EK might not have a choice and will have to condense plotlines to the essentials and avoid having things build up over multiple chapters.
Mmmh, I find it weird for EK to have the "vanilla" Gillian content be gatekept by having to watch her get fucked twice in Ian's dream. It fits for a cuck route, but not for vanilla players imo."Break the wheel" sets Gillian's flag to false and makes Ian automatically reject her invite. So i don't think it can be used to determine anything beyond "engage with Gillian at all", especially since breaking the wheel is only possible if Ian has active romantic relationship with another girl.
So, since leaving the wheel intact is basically mandatory if one wants Gillian content, that would make the cuck aspect hinge entirely on that single dream choice and like i said, i'd hope the player would have ultimately more control over the outcome than that.
It's also pretty strange the lack of a boyfriend in any of Gillian's pictures. I'm not sure if it would mean there's a reason for that or it's just Eva overextending the mystery of the boyfriend's identity just for the mystery itself.Mmmh, I find it weird for EK to have the "vanilla" Gillian content be gatekept by having to watch her get fucked twice in Ian's dream. It fits for a cuck route, but not for vanilla players imo.
Maybe the vanilla route will be accessible to Ian who has moved on and blocked her? Then Gillian would have to make more of an effort, similar to slut Holly. I doubt the last time Ian who moved on sees Gillian is online when he blocks her. So next time they run into each other Gillian might try to force a hangout and if Ian accepts that would open the path up? Just spitballing here.
I probably would've chanted "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!!!" Let them fight! The bonehead vs the meatheadIt is better to become a chad than to be born one.

What will the final form of pussywhipped Ian look like in dominant Lena relationship? Chastity? Slave collar? Being vacuum wrapped in plastic?![]()
I would rather have one COMPlETE game with satisfying corruption arcs ... and endings like good and bad onesI just dont see Evakiss working in this game for the next 6-10 years to reach 20 chapters or more...
Also im going to be honest,i dont want to wait for many years for the ending,i want to play saves from start to finish as soon as possible,i dont want this game to drag on...
You can't go beyond 10 so far, the same as you couldn't go beyond 10 in relationships until it got expanded to 12. And there has been several "soft" limits since the beginning where you didn't get an attribute increase if you already were beyond a certain number that got expanded chapter by chapter. I see no reason to necessarily assume 10 will be the hard limit for the whole duration of the game.Because they are? It's in the code, I think. You can max charisma in the last chapter and after that if story progress awards additional points to that branch it doesn't add anything beyond 10.
The thing that throws me off is that you get this choice when all you see is Gillian and presumably her new boyfriend kissing, and the flag which is supposed to mean "give in" doesn't get set only if you explicitly choose that "yes i want to see my ex getting fucked" follow up, but also if you pick initialMmmh, I find it weird for EK to have the "vanilla" Gillian content be gatekept by having to watch her get fucked twice in Ian's dream. ... option which is then rendered as Ian being just too stunned to react but not actively consenting or wanting to see that.... is pretty much his first reaction to seeing Gillian in any context in the game so far, so i feel it's pretty normal option to pick.I have a perfect scenario just for this:I wanna fuck her with Lena..![]()
I was going to say,EK changing the code limit should be easy. You can't go beyond 10 so far, the same as you couldn't go beyond 10 in relationships until it got expanded to 12. And there has been several "soft" limits since the beginning where you didn't get an attribute increase if you already were beyond a certain number that got expanded chapter by chapter. 10 is the maxed out stat when you start the game through cheat mode. Its also the highest stat in the character cards. Relationship levels are something independent of the stat levels. Why are you assuming attribute levels will top at 10?. Relationships levels currently top at 12 for example.
The account is new and Gillian contacted Ian to have him see it. If she is entirely satisfied with her boyfriend, she wouldn't offer her ex for a date and befriend him. Its clear she has some relationship issues with her current boyfriend and is interested in Ian, hence she contacts him and doesn't mention her boyfriend. That this plausible characteristic interlines with the narrative intent to keep the boyfriend a secret from us is independend from each other (but quite effectively utilized). It's also pretty strange the lack of a boyfriend in any of Gillian's pictures. I'm not sure if it would mean there's a reason for that or it's just Eva overextending the mystery of the boyfriend's identity just for the mystery itself.
No. The dev decided he wouldn't be a route early in development. Will my man Ed ever get an action?
There's a dream scene without involving cuckoldery though. Here, where Ian deleted her pictures, still thinking about her, and can't escape the wheel.Mmmh, I find it weird for EK to have the "vanilla" Gillian content be gatekept by having to watch her get fucked twice in Ian's dream. It fits for a cuck route, but not for vanilla players imo.

I know you're cooking, but ideally no lesbian content is gatekept by needing to get with any men firstI have a perfect scenario just for this:
* Ian and Lena get in relationship
* then they break up because Lena fucked Axel
* Lena gets back to Axel, and heartbroken Ian gets back to Gillian
* then they accidentally all meet
* Lena cucks Ian by fucking Gillian, and Ian cucks Lena by fucking Axel
it ends up all symmetrical, meaning it's a great story![]()
