I think I figured it out. The sex shop date and ianholly conversation has a few days in between so I believe holly and Lena hung out a few times and that's when they had cookies and she showed her new song. And Ian was just asking her generally about hanging out with lena not the specific event. And one such day this must have happened unknown to us. That's what I believe atleast
