To be fair the game notes he was clearly uncomfortable with it and tried to get done with it as quick as possible. Granted, he should've just declined but hey, pretty sure people who put their Ian on the cuck route would be upset if he did.

Don´t know the chapter # off of my head but it´s right after Ivy´s birthday party at Blazer.
I fast forwarded through the dialogue so I can´t tell what is said/thought following that statement
but in the end, even when selecting "I´m not coming" Lena did show up at the beach anyway.
