Better art quality, generally better written characters, and I personally like the double protag gimmick even if I feel it isn't used to its full potential.

Only thing you might feel ambivalent is that the story has less porn-y logic and doesn't move in as much of a breakneck pace as GGGB did so it is more of a slow burn in most aspects. I think that makes some plotlines develop better but also means you can't have as many wild transformations and developments as GGGB did throughout its story.

ORS is a little more down to earth than GGGB, you can't just turn into a gang leader and the town's cum dump within a year after being a goody two-shoes your whole life.
The problem with ORS is it reads a little bit like a soap opera, puts too much emphasis on drama and coincidences. You just need someone to wake up from a coma and for Ian to realize Axel is his long-lost twin and you got a daytime soap.
