You've got to remember that after his breakup Ian took it very bad and it left him in a horrible place in his life. He is just starting to recover from his funk when the game begins(he finally decided to hang out with his friends again and that's how he first meets Lena in the remade opening). Jeremy was close to the situation and depending on our choices Ian can still be hung up over her to various degrees and I could see Jeremy wanting to save his best friend from any more heartache by not bringing her up around him. I'd say he was right considering how Ian reacts just thinking that a random redhead may have been her and the nightmares that caused.

Welp, the "meatstick" is always available for the girls because of the story, and Ian needs a competition to make him more believable. First post and already asking the important questions, I see.
Possible since Jeremy and Ivy could hook up over the vacation. Of course, this could be off-screen and we already had her having sex with Mike off-screen. So for on-screen either because Lena witnesses it or Ivy tells it and we see a flashback (GGGB did this) or if Lena, Ivy and a man have a threesome, which didn't had any buildup, though.

Yeah. Sex to pay rent is a classic. It makes sense for debauched Lena, it adresses her money issues, it gives a plausible reason why Lena would ever put up with someone like Stan, it steers Stan in a logical direction that fits his character - pathetic pay pet simp.
