Two methods with slight difference in who Ian dates first:
The way I did it is have Ian and Lena in a relationship. Ian flirts with Holly but never kisses or fucks her. I didnt even go to the book trip. Have Lena flirt with and kiss or try to kiss Holly every chance she gets. And most importantly have Lena "Protect" Holly from Ivy. Every chance Ivy tries to show her a guy or sends her off with a guy at the club, have Lena stop it. Also, dont drink a bunch at Ivys and instead take Holly back to do the movies at Lenas house. Then at the beach house it starts.
