While I'm pretty sure that scene has been around since that chapter update. Keep in mind that sometimes EK does go back and adds interactions, or changes dialogue from interactions in previous chapters with semi-frequency. So until EK is done with ORS there is always the chance of a new scene cropping up

Ian/Lena dating and then breaking up over some trivial shit fairly early (or just don't have them together in the first place) and Holly with high enough value of her change variable. So long as Ian has been nice to Holly (doesn't need to go on a trip with her, just be open to the proposal) she'll be making moves on him.
