I finally reached the gloryhole scene you all were talking about and..., i always thought of myself as a fullblown degenerate but i guess i am not. This scene made me uncomfortable and weird at the same time. Congrats to the dev making me feel this way but i am never playing this path again.
After multiple playthroughs only 2 paths remain for me, the cuck route and the Holly path and since i will never touch the cuck one i will start a Holly romance playthrough and try to erase what i just saw.

This Lena has already broken up with Axel and even ignored him. This reaction only happens if Cindy brings it up and Lena has low rp points with her. It's not jealousy it's just that Cindy is trying to poke and Lena knows whats she's trying to do. When Lena first meets Cindy in the library when Ian & her are dating, Lena automatically detects what type of a girl she is if you pick choice that lose rp points. You're seeing the jealousy while I'm noticing what Cindy is trying to do here and Lena is saying similar to what I'm thinking..

I can see where you're coming from but if Lena didn't act extremely upset everytime Axel was brought up my first thought wouldn't have been jealousy.
I do think that they both express some truth about each other during this fight eventho I think they'd never want to admit that.

If Lena ignores Axel, it makes sense that she dislikes everyone and anything thats associated with him, like his new girl Cindy.
If Lena still goes for Axel, it makes her jealous and hypocritical to see Cindy potentially replacing her.
And if you really don't want to act her that way, just have Lena act nice toward Cindy.
The scene is entirely consistent no matter the route and entertaining to boot. Its extra spicy if both Lena and Cindy fuck Ian and have to fight over him in secret. Like Lena trashtalks Cindy, just for Cindy to fuck her boyfriend behind her back ^_^

She gets upset because it's annoying and not because she's jealous. It was an extremely bad phase for her and wants to forget it in my playthrough. Small world they live in and it keeps coming up.
Don't take Cindy at face value, because her cards are not revealed yet which is why I haven't done her playthrough yet and she didn't bring that topic up to console Lena.

Yeah i get Lena's reactions regarding Axel.
I've seen people get into fights and bring up some truths about each other but because they don't get along they ignore it eventho if they worked on what was brought up things would be better for that person.
