I expected she either asks Emma for the sunscreen or asks Wade or Ian without the flirtiness. As you just said, the code shouldn't make it possible to get Lena flirting with Wade in that playthrough.
I don't think the game considers Lena who isn't in relationship not to be have even cursory interest in guys. There's certainly no such thing in the code as tracking whether Lena hasn't fucked anyone at all nor a path related to that. There's also clearly no such thing as "exclusive with Axel" or even "relationship with Axel" at this stage, even in Lena's internal monologues. So i don't see why you expect Lena to act asexual, or a bug if she doesn't..?
