She pretty much always goes blonde. Even on a love route she'll text Ian and ask how he feels about dying her hair blonde for a more "Summery" look.

It happens at the end of the beach house event. On a love route she asks Ian what he thinks about her going blonde. On a lust route, if she's been with Jeremy, she asks about nipple piercings.
If Jeremy is not involved with Allison, but Ian still treats her as a fuck buddy, she'll still generally undergo her bimbo transformation, but at a slower pace than if Jeremy is involved. I don't think the fuckbuddy option, without Jeremy, results in any change at the end of the beach event. You make the fuckbuddy decision when you go on vacation with her. Or by not going with her, the fuckbuddy decision is the default choice.

If you break up with Ali on the phone you don't get a chance to get back at her. She turns cold towards you and that's about it. She'll only come after Ian after the exhibition if Ian doesn't go all the way with her before locking in with Lena.

nah, maybe is cuz of older save, i have a pure alison love save where i could accept the threesome and after the scene she go bimbo without ian asking and thats before the trip , didnt rly have that many saves and i played that last year, so maybe it was a bug or idk.

I guess I don't understand what you mean by, "it got added later." Allison asking Ian if he would like her blonde, on a love route, is the most recent Ian update and was in the alpha of that update. There was not a way of missing it, unless there was a coding mistake I'm unaware of. If she is involved in any way with Jeremy, or if Ian treats her as a fuck buddy, she will go blonde without Ian's input. He can comment on it, but she won't (i.e. can't) change it back. That was, as far as I can remember, also in the alpha of when it was first implemented.

She kind of already does? A) She's asked Ian if he would like her to dye her hair. B) Her wardrobe has probably changed the most throughout the game just short of Cindy. I'm not sure what else she could realistically change on a loving route at this point. Another wardrobe update would be most likely. The return of her belly ring perhaps?
