If Ian/Lena were never a thing, and Ian doesn't fuck Holly, would it start then? Not sure if it's worth going that far back, just trying to understand the issue.

Not at all. I have a playthrough where I did just that and Lena did get together with Holly
with JMOD: if lena and ian gone far in their relationship u can't fuck holly. not sure what it is the problem.

Yes Lena and Holly would hook up in chapter 8 if Ian and Lena never dated. It's weird that it stops Lena and Holly from hooking up but it's just Eva Kiss things I guess

The only thing I can think of is that you had Lena be in love with Ian. That's one of the requirements for them to get back together after breaking up. Having one of the mcs being in love with the other blocks some route's love route and I believe it can be what's blocking Lena/Holly.
You didn't let Holly have sex with Ivy because that kills the Lena/Holly route outright.
are u really sure about the last part? i think it just have impact on ivy influence on holly behavior

Yes if Holly has sex with Ivy at any point it will block Lena/Holly from happening. Ivy's influence is Holly becoming a slut and going to the glory hole. Lena doesn't want a relationship with her at that point.

It should block the throuple, but it seems there are some paths it can still happen. But Holly is still Slutty Holly.

It blocks Lena/Holly.
The throuple still can happen(but it's blocked by Ivy/Holly) but people on that route say it makes no sense(if Holly sleeps around with guys) and seems like the dev messed up with a variable somewhere.
