You need to set a flag for Billy called - billy_model, The first 3 options you choose when Ivy introduces Billy to Lena at the party is the trust factor. If you then proceed to select the 2nd option, "I am not interested", Billy's arc is gone for good, like we had for Seymour. If you made Lena take drugs, then it's an auto yes and auto flag for billy_model or choosing "count me in".
I didn't realise you could completely shut down the Billy plotline. That's interesting.
If the party said they are not interested, you can't force them to join. Unless EK pulls something here that disregards that flag.
Technically yes...but I don't think I'd recommend it, if you aren't curious about their characters and plotlines. And have some Will on hand.

Almost the same way I think. Ivy picks Lena up and Lena makes some comment about how Ivy convinced her to go or something.
Yeah that's my main route. Lena just kept things professional with Seymour. I didn't call Axel for the modeling route but you can have him take your pictures without sleeping with him. You need either a will point or for Lena to be over Axel.
Tough to say. I don't think there is any game like ORS. Good starting point is Good Girl Gone Bad, it's Eva Kiss' other game but only female MC. If you want more female MC games try Lisa. If instead you want male MC, try Nothing is Forever, another favourite of mine, but the dev has been quiet for some time. For a more recent game with similar play style and art style as ORS, try Unholy Angel: Wedding Adventures, very new but seems inspired by ORS, artwork isn't as good though.

I wonder who else will be joining the photoshoot. In the earlier chapters I thought you get the option to choose if you want to join Billy's photoshoot or not but apparently you are forced to go anyways. I guess Axel, Mike or even Jack might be there to progress the plot just like the bartender event which is why you don't have the option to turn down Billy.
