I wonder who else will be joining the photoshoot. In the earlier chapters I thought you get the option to choose if you want to join Billy's photoshoot or not but apparently you are forced to go anyways. I guess Axel, Mike or even Jack might be there to progress the plot just like the bartender event which is why you don't have the option to turn down Billy.

Isn't Axel working for the Wildcats? Billy is straight-up competing against them. Jack and Mike seem plausible.

With how Eva has been consolidating certain routes before, Holly joining the gym, Louise always contacting Ian, the bar gig not being optional too for example, I too expected this to be the case.

I think you can make it work by just having Lena tag along without necessarily intending to commit to anything. I guess we'll see how things play out.

What more of Seymour's arc are you expecting? Whatever weird Arthur shit EK has planned? I guess he's got his fingers in the book competition and the election. But the cafe should be safe (unless you're a monster), and he doesn't seem to have anything to do with the MMA tournament or the Battle of the Bands.

Where did I imply that I was expecting Arthur's role? I was merely pointing out that the main plots of the game are still far away, which will cement some of the paths. The future of Baluart is also in the hands of Seymour.

Yes and also if you literally ignore her, so that was a bad example on my end. It is kinda hard to not get though.
A better example is perhaps choosing between live drawing or live music, you end up doing both and just decide which to do at the café.

Not that long ago we were talking about the MMA tournament, beach house, and Billy's event as the major plot points we were waiting on. Heck, we haven't seen the full ramifications of what happened at the beach house yet, or really even the MMA tournament (I'm still convinced of another _ianfit tag incoming). We'll probably get a taste of those ramifications with Ian's part of the chapter coming up, as the Beach house was mostly his event.

So it's just kind of funny that we're already starting to look forward to other plot points as "cementing" paths and choices.
